I need to find the artist i'm positive it's called boomshalalalo from the late 60's (i'm going crazy,please help)

the song is i'm positive called boomshalalalo and it starts off In a dreamy little country in a sleepy sunday school,the school man anabella teaches sleepy golden rules,well the children were all waiting to hear the church bell ring they had their own religion but all they had to do was sing it to the world(and the chorus)boomshalalalo they will sing to you,boomshalalalo, lalalalal lahlahlahhhh.I know it's in the late 60's maybe early 70's but i would love to get the singer and lyrics,thankyou so much.
