Help, can't figure it out

After 3 years on the internet I still cannot find the artist to this song. Came out in the early 80's. Was on the popular tv show MV3 with Richard Blade.
I had the video but not the title to it. Saved the song on cassette and then lost the video. Partial lyrics: "What sort of person are you, What sign of life comes your way. What kind of things do you do, Try to describe a normal day. chorus: Will you answer all these questions on a postcard if you please..Questionaire" |
