I don't know the name of the song Posted

I recently lost my father to cancer. We found out he was ill July 14 and he went to sleep forever on August 14. I heard a song on the way home from work one day and I was deeply moved by it. I only remember part of it. "If you could see me now, walking on streets paved in gold, standing tall and whole"
I'm not even sure that those are exact. Probably not. I would love to have this to share with my 5 sister and 4 brothers. It was comforting and made me smile for the first time, from the heart, when I thought of my Daddy. Please help me if you can. |

Sorry to hear about your loss. These two artists are credited with those lyrics, but I don't know who of the two did the original and who did the cover. Hopefully the info is helpful to you in some way. Take care.
"If You Could See Me Now" - Bishop Paul Morton
"Holy Of Holies Medley" - Truth
