Trying to figure out who made a remix.

The lyrics i know are "The rhythm and the base it goes like this".
After a google search, i only find this site, which leads to the listing of searches, and a euro dance forum, however on their forum someone says it's a remix of East Clubbers - Silence.
Anyone happen to know who made the remix of the song that has those lyrics? Been looking for it for a few days now, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks a ton, i seriously was looking for this song for a day, and went through a good 40 videos on a site looking for the one video i know that had it. |
