HELP FINDING ARTIST AND SONG

There is a song my local radio station 95.5 WPLJ New York has played for years and I don't know the name just got an Ipod and am dying for it.
story about a boy who has a baby sister
some lyrics are Shes not to proud she'll cry out loud she runs to the street and she screams What about me it isn't fair I'vehad enough now I want my share can't you see I wanna live but you just take more than you give.
Any help would be appreciated been searching the web for hours already.
