| I'm gonna take a wild stab and guess that because you heard it at a dance club that the song is from anime. But I can't really tell you more than that. The only other popular song I can think of with similar lyrics is by Van Halen, and that doesn't seem to fit. |

try "Icecream" - Lou Bega. Don't know what year it was released though.
also "Mr. Ice Cream Man" - Master P (1996)
Either song could've been remixed by a DJ if you're talking about club music. Happens all the time. |
